We are licensed with the Contractors State License Board, license #817963, as well as fully insured and bonded.

PLS provides discounted lighting service agreements specifically designed for property managers and building owners to reduce liability exposure by maintaining and improving proper light levels on a regular schedule basis for safety and security. Non contract service is available under our standard rates. We also have technicians on call 24/7 to assist you with your lighting emergencies.

PLS is equipped with exterior boom and interior aerial lifts to reach parking lot poles, roof floods, and interior high reach areas for a safer and more time efficient installation and or repair. PLS provides installation of energy efficient lighting retrofits and electrical repairs for minor tenant improvements.
